Snowmobile Enforcement and Safety Checks

Midland Police Service snowmobile officers have been enjoying the recent deluge of snow and have been taking to the local trails to conduct courtesy safety checks and to ensure that riders have valid permits and sober.

Lock Your Vehicles... This isn't Mayberry.

The Midland Police Service would like to remind the public to lock the doors to their vehicles while they are left un-attended in their driveways and public places.

Locking the doors could prevent the majority of thefts as most entered vehicles are un-locked and very few are actually damaged to gain entry.
