On the 19th of January 2012, Midland Police were called to a local pharmacy in regards to a prescription that had been altered. Officers attended and upon further investigation it was found that the dosage on a prescription had been increased.

As a result a Midland man has been arrested and charged with uttering a forged document. The man was released on a promise to appear and has been ordered to attend court on the 23rd of February 2012.
