Utter Threats, Causing A Disturbance & Breaching Probation

Criminal Charges

On Sunday April 9th, 2017 the suspect attended a business on King Street in the downtown area of Midland and began arguing with employees. The employees requested the suspect to step outside so they would not disrupt the customers. The suspect threatened to cause bodily harm to the employees. Midland Police Service were called to attend and the suspect was trespassed from the business.

On Monday April 10th, 2017 the suspect returned to the business and once again became disruptive and threatening towards the staff and scared customers that were in the business.

Midland Police entered into an investigation and arrested him on numerous charges. The suspect was sent for a bail hearing on Wednesday April 12th, 2017 in the Barrie Court of Justice where he was held in custody.
